Spring is a season of new beginnings, and what better way to start fresh than by welcoming a furry friend into your life? From March 24th through March 30th, PetSmart Charities’ National Adoption Week is in full swing, and Furkids is thrilled to be part of this life-changing event!

We invite you to visit one of our six PetSmart adoption centers across metro Atlanta - located in Midtown, Buford, Tucker, Norcross, and Perimeter - to meet your perfect match. Every adoption means a second chance for a homeless pet and a lifelong bond for you!

Every adoption also brings Furkids closer to a lifesaving grant! We have an exciting opportunity to receive a $25,000 grant if we reach 1,000 adoptions through our PetSmart locations by the end of 2025. This grant will allow us to expand our outreach, rescue more animals, and find even more loving homes for pets in need. Your decision to adopt could make a huge impact!

To celebrate National Adoption Week, we’re hosting two special adoption events where you can meet adorable, adoptable cats and dogs. These events are the perfect time to meet your match, ask questions, and bring home a new furry family member.

• March 26th at PetSmart Johns Creek 5-7pm: 3630 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024

• March 29th at PetSmart Midtown from 12-3pm: 650 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308
