This is what Furkids volunteers do every day – improve the lives of cats and dogs by every means possible – shelter, medical, store and foster care, adoptions, events, transports, fundraising, spreading the word.  As we enter a new year, and never-ending opportunities to save lives, we extend a special thanks to each and every volunteer who improves the world of the Furkids family of animals.  
We were blessed in 2015 with a wide variety of event opportunities and numerous academic, social, corporate, and commercial groups that visited our cat and dog shelters, providing much-needed support, care, donations and supplies. 
From girl scouts making soft beds to comfort cats during transport, to high school and college groups building beds, to major corporations deep cleaning, scrubbing litter boxes and picking up after dogs, visiting groups are a vital part of the Furkids operations. We can’t thank each person and group enough for every window washed, dog walked, floor swept, cat tree brushed, donation given and experience shared with others.
