The holidays are here! Time for celebration and cheer (and shopping). We have some unique ways you can give back this holiday season, check them out!

- Visit one of six area Barnes and Noble stores for FREE gift wrapping from Furkids, meet our volunteers and animals, and enter for a chance to win FREE movie tickets to the The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (which you could give as a gift!)

- While doing your holiday shopping consider purchasing a few items for our animals. Visit our wish list to view items our animal shelter needs such as paper towels, bleach and other goods. Don't want to leave home? We have an Amazon wishlist, too!

- Sponsor an animal for the friend who has everything!

- Tight on money this year? Shop at our Furkids Thrift Store and Donation Center in Norcross and find gifts for the entire family, many items are brand new! You save money AND help animals in the process.

- Rather than Secret Santa or White Elephant parties collect gift cards or donations for our animals. Gift cards to Office Depot, Costco and/or any gas station are ALWAYS needed to help run our operations. 

- Know someone looking to adopt a pet soon? Offer to help them find a new friend and pay their adoption fee when they find the perfect match. Create a special certificate to add a special touch!

- Collecting canned food this holiday season? Consider having a special box and collect pet canned food too!
