Meet Grover, a lovable 2-year-old Lab mix with a sweet personality and plenty of love to give. At about 25 pounds, Grover is the perfect size for just about any home: big enough for adventures, small enough to fit perfectly beside you on the couch. Grover is an affectionate, gentle boy who loves people and is always ready for attention and cuddles. He’s good with other dogs and enjoys having canine companions around. Like many young Labs, Grover can also be energetic and playful, making him a fun buddy for walks, playtime, and daily adventures. His easygoing personality and loving nature make him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. Grover is currently heartworm positive and will need to be adopted locally so he can return for his scheduled treatments and follow-up care. During treatment, he will have some temporary exercise restrictions while he recovers. With proper care and a little patience, heartworm-positive dogs can go on to live long, healthy, happy lives. This sweet boy is looking for a compassionate adopter willing to help him through treatment and give him the loving home he deserves. In return, Grover promises plenty of affection, companionship, and tail wags every single day. Grover is approximately 2 years old (est. birth date 02/20/2024), and his adoption fee is $315. Grover has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
