Meet Ocean ???? Ocean's story began with hardship. She was found emaciated on the street alongside her siblings, fighting to survive. Since coming into rescue with Furkids, this sweet girl has been on an incredible journey of healing, growth, and discovery. Since coming into foster care, Ocean has been steadily gaining weight and learning what it truly means to be a dog. Every day brings new milestones, and it’s been amazing to watch her personality blossom. Ocean can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for her sweet and affectionate nature to shine through. Once she warms up, she’ll happily hop into your lap and absolutely smother you with kisses—she loves being close to her humans! She’s an active, playful pup who is starting to enjoy toys and would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence. Ocean is currently working on potty pad use, house training, and leash walking, and she’s making great progress with consistency and patience. Ocean is still working on gaining weight and growing stronger, so she’ll need a family committed to helping her continue this journey. Her ideal home would be one with plenty of time to devote to her, lots of love to give, and a fenced-in yard where she can safely play and explore.
