A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official!
Sierra is a beautiful 1-year-old Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a spirit made for adventure. Found as a stray and cared for by a kind family before coming to us, she’s now ready to find her perfect match.
This sweet and independent girl thrives on activity and exploration—she absolutely loves to run, play, and spend time outdoors. A securely fenced yard is a must for this curious explorer, and she’ll do best in a home that can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation.
Sierra can be a bit shy at first, but once she knows you, her personality truly blossoms. She becomes affectionate, playful, and will gladly lean in for cuddles and attention. She’s especially happy around other dogs and enjoys canine playmates. However, she’d do best in a home without small children, as she can be startled by fast movements and loud noises.
While not housetrained yet, Sierra is very smart and learns quickly—she already knows “sit,” “wait,” and “come.”
Sierra isn’t a constant cuddle bug, but she loves to be near her people, and her loyal nature makes her a wonderful companion. She weighs about 57 lbs and has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Her estimated birth date is 07/23/2024, and her adoption fee is $315.
???? Bonus! Thanks to Subaru, Sierra’s adoption comes with three free professional training sessions to help support her transition and set everyone up for success.
