Meet Pepper -
Pepper and his littermates are 2 months old and gorgeous Portuguese Water Dog mixes. This baby is tiny right now, so we are not sure if he will remain on the smaller side or grow to be larger. We are expecting that he will be on the small to medium size for a dog. Because of his size, we are not recommending a home with small children. Please do research on the breed prior to applying. This breed is known to be high energy, requiring daily exercise and consistent mental stimulation to prevent mischievous, bored behavior.
