Ellis will steal your heart the instant you meet him, before he's even had the chance to show off that adorable personality of his. This sweet boy came to us from an animal control after he lived his entire life in a hoarding situation, but you'd never know about his rough past with how affectionate and friendly he is. He's blind in his right eye due to cataracts, but it doesn't slow him down one bit. Gentle, calm, and endlessly sweet, he greets the world with a big smile. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and children, and he's just as happy exploring the neighborhood from his stroller as he is on short walks where he can stop and sniff everything in sight. He's a great travel companion in the car too, always up for whatever adventure his person has planned. Ellis loves to cuddle, but he's just as content entertaining himself if you're busy. He's crate trained, about 95% potty trained, and walks nicely on a leash, making him an easy fit for just about any home. His sweet, easygoing nature makes him impossible not to love. Whoever adopts this little guy will wonder how they ever lived without him. He's simply perfect. Ellis' estimated birthdate is July 2016 and he currently weighs 11lbs.
