Pepper is part of a litter of stunning Portuguese Water Dog mix puppies, born in May 2026 and looking for their forever homes. He's still quite small, so his adult size is hard to predict, though we expect him to land somewhere between small and medium once grown. Portuguese Water Dogs are smart, energetic, and playful, and Pepper is already showing those traits! This breed needs daily exercise and regular mental stimulation, or boredom can lead to mischief. Because of his energy level, we don't recommend Pepper for homes with young children. As a puppy, Pepper still has plenty to learn. His adopter should be ready to work on house training, crate training, leash manners, and obedience, with patience and consistency during these early months. Please research the Portuguese Water Dog breed before applying, so you know what to expect as he grows. Pepper's adoption fee is $510, and he's already neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
