Animal Bio

A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Princess is a 2-year-old Pit Mix female with a big personality and an even bigger love for her soft toys. She’s a playful, expressive “sassy girl” who enjoys having her favorite toys nearby at all times and truly lights up during games of fetch and tug. Princess has moderate energy levels—she enjoys her playtime and occasional zoomies, but she’s just as happy spending much of her day lounging and relaxing in a cozy space. She is food motivated, which helps her continue building positive routines and learning. Found as a stray in a park, Princess’s past is unknown, and she can be cautious when meeting new people. She may show some initial “stranger danger,” but with patience, slow introductions, and positive experiences, she builds trust and forms strong, meaningful bonds with her people. She is still working on housetraining and has made tons of progress with a consistent schedule. Princess has also done well with handling, including bath time, especially once she feels safe and comfortable with someone she trusts. Princess would thrive in a calm, patient home that can give her time to adjust and the space to feel secure. In return, she offers loyalty, affection, and a fun, playful spirit to the people she bonds with. Princess currently weighs about 37lbs., is approximately 2 years old (est. birth date 01/27/2024), and her adoption fee is $185. Princess has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
