Small pup, big heart - meet Prancer! At just 8 pounds, Prancer is a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix with a love for adventure and affection. Rescued from an overcrowded shelter, he’s now blossoming in his foster home and ready to find his forever family. Prancer is great with other dogs, big and small. He’s also good with older kids and loves going on walks and hikes. While he’s still working on housetraining, he’s making solid progress and walks nicely on a leash. This sweet guy does have a bit of arthritis from an old knee injury, but it doesn’t slow him down. He takes Gabapentin to stay comfortable — an easy, safe medication he’ll likely continue long-term. Prancer would thrive in a home with teens to seniors and a medium or low activity level. He’s affectionate, playful, and always ready to be your little shadow. Prancer weighs 8lbs., is approximately 7 years old (est. birth date 12/24/2017), and his adoption fee is $315. Prancer has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
