Meet Shilah Look at this gorgeous girl. Shilah is very sweet, but is fearful of many things. Any new noise or quick movement will make her start looking for an exit. She can walk on a leash, but gets spooked easily. Shilah needs a quiet home, with a routine. She must have a fenced hard and likely will need to be leash walked within the fenced yard, as she can climb some fences. We have little information on her background, but it’s obvious someone failed her. Since arriving to Furkids, she has made some progress and is starting to trust humans she’s around a lot. Shilah has just finished treatment for heartworms, so must be kept calm over the next month. This girl needs a hero. If that is you, please apply to furkids.org. Adopting Shilah will likely require a few meet and greets. Shilah currently weighs about 31 lbs., is approximately 3 years old (est. birth date 02/24/2023), and her adoption fee is $315. Shilah has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
