Sophie is a precious 7-year-old Maltese/Yorkie mix who is looking for a loving forever home through Furkids. This sweet girl may be small, but she has plenty of personality and love to share!
Sophie has lived with other dogs in the past. She loves to run and play, making her a fun companion for an active family, but she is also a true lap dog at heart. After playtime, Sophie is happiest curled up beside her people... and she especially loves sleeping with them at night.
Sophie can be protective of her home, so she will do best with a family who understands her need to feel safe and secure and can help her settle into her new surroundings with patience and reassurance. She is fearful in new settings. Sophie is not house-trained and does not like going outside on a leash, therefore she will require a home with a fenced yard.
