Animal Bio

Nacho is a handsome orange-and-white fellow with a curious spirit. After being rescued from a hard life outside, Nacho appreciates the comforts of a warm, quiet environment. He is getting more comfortable at FurKids with each passing day and is learning that people can be kind. He loves to watch other cats play and is starting to engage in playtime himself. Nacho is fond of his feline friends and can often be found cuddling with a roommates. Nacho is looking for a patient, experienced adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to settle in and learn to trust. In a home where he is safe and cherished, this sweet boy will continue to blossom. If you believe that the cats with the roughest beginnings can have the most rewarding journeys, Nacho may be the one for you! Nacho is FIV positive, but that's no big deal! Aside from a compromised immune system, he is just like any other cat and can live a long, happy life with the proper care. FIV positive cats can live with non-FIV cats without issue! FurKids is committed to finding loving homes for FIV positive cats. We provide post-adoption care for FIV-related illnesses at our shelter clinic (not including vaccinations or injuries). Adoption fees are waived to help these special cats find their perfect match.
