He’s curious, confident, affectionate, and always ready to see what’s happening around him. He loves people and never seems to have met a stranger. Toby is also a good walking buddy and does well on leash. One thing to know about Toby is that he can be reactive around other dogs while on leash. His adopter should be prepared to give him space when needed and continue working with him so he can learn that seeing another dog doesn’t have to be a big event. Because of this, Toby may do best in a home where his people can focus on helping him succeed during walks and outings. But when he’s with his people, Toby is just a sweet, lovable boy who is looking for someone to appreciate all the wonderful things that make him Toby.
