Ziggy is a handsome Border Collie who is about a year old and weighs 27.18 pounds. This sweet and sensitive boy is still learning about the world and is looking for a patient, experienced home to help him grow into his full potential. Ziggy can be nervous around new people and unfamiliar surroundings, so he’ll need an understanding adopter who will give him time to build confidence at his own pace. Despite his timid side, he is incredibly sweet and eager to connect once he feels safe. He absolutely loves to play and has a naturally curious personality, always interested in what’s going on around him. Like many Border Collies, Ziggy is super smart and will thrive with positive reinforcement, structure, and continued training. Ziggy would greatly benefit from having another confident, friendly dog in the home to help guide him and boost his confidence. A securely fenced yard is required so he can safely explore and burn off energy. He is still learning how to walk on a leash and navigate new experiences, so continued patience and training will be key to his success. Ziggy is a wonderful dog with so much potential—he just needs the right person to help him feel safe and understood. With time, love, and consistency, he will make a loyal and loving companion. Ziggy is approximately 1 year old (est. birth date 02/09/2025), and his adoption fee is $510. Ziggy has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
