Meet Maya — The Sweetheart Who Loves Everyone!
Maya is one of the friendliest cats in the shelter, which makes her story even more touching. She was recently returned through no fault of her own when her owners could no longer care for her and her bonded best friend, Sabrina, a petite long‑haired orange tabby beauty.
At just 2.5 years old, Maya is a big, lovable tabby girl with a heart as warm as her soft fur. She adores attention and she’ll even stand up on her hind legs to politely ask for head scratches! And if you offer a belly rub? She’ll happily flop over and soak up every moment.
Maya’s gentle, social nature makes her a wonderful fit for families. We believe she will do very well with children and other pets in the home. She and Sabrina are bonded and bring out the best in each other and adopting them together means twice the affection, twice the personality, and twice the joy.
