A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Tako is the sweetest, most loyal boy you could ever hope to meet. Gentle by nature and full of love, he adores being by your side—whether it’s sharing kisses, snuggling up for some quiet time, or taking a leisurely stroll. He enjoys stretching his legs in a big backyard but always checks back in to make sure you’re close. Tako is smart, treat-motivated, and already knows “sit” and “paw.” His previous owner shared that he’s housebroken and crate trained, making him an easy fit for home life. While Tako walks beautifully most of the time, he can still pull on leash when he’s excited. Thankfully, he’s slowly improving with the help of our dedicated volunteers and will benefit from continued guidance in his new home. Tako will need a secure wooden fenced yard for safe playtime. With his affectionate personality, good manners, and eagerness to please, he’s ready to give his whole heart to someone special. Tako currently weighs about 40lbs., is approximately 2.5 years old (est. birth date 01/27/2023), and his adoption fee is $510. Tako has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
