She first came to FurKids with her brother, who was quickly adopted, leaving Darla to find her own way. Since then, she has been quietly growing braver each day. Darla is still learning to feel fully comfortable with people, and she will need a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom. The good news? Every bit of effort is worth it. Darla is a wonderful companion and the very best listener — she’ll happily sit nearby, keeping you company with her gentle, thoughtful presence. Darla is deeply bonded to her best friend, Minnie, an outgoing girl who enjoys attention, playtime, and treats.
