A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! This sweet 9½-year-old Hound/Shepherd mix was rescued from the euthanasia list along with her babies. One by one, Holiday watched her pups find loving homes, now it’s finally her turn. Holiday is currently in foster care, where she’s earned the title of “the most low-maintenance dog ever.” She’s perfectly content to spend her days lounging around the house, soaking up belly rubs, and enjoying tasty treats. If your idea of a perfect Saturday involves a cozy couch and good company, Holiday might just be your soulmate. She’d do best as the only dog in the home and would prefer a calm environment without very small children. This gentle senior girl has given so much love in her life.. now she’s ready to receive it in return. If you’re searching for a best friend with a heart as big as her gentle presence, Holiday may be the perfect match. Holiday weighs 60lbs and is approximately 9.5 years old (est. birth date 04/08/2016). Holiday has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet.
