Meet Guera! Guera is an adorable 8-year-old Chihuahua weighing about 8 pounds, with a big personality packed into a little body! She’s spunky, sassy, loyal, and absolutely loves her people. Once she decides you’re hers, she’ll happily become your little shadow—and your professional lap warmer! Guera may bark at first when meeting new people, but give her a little time and she warms up quickly. When it comes to other dogs, she likes to be the boss. Would do good with a submissive little dog her size with slow introductions. She enjoys walks but needs continued leash training. She is a serious squirrel chaser and may take off if she sees something she wants, so double-leashing is recommended. A securely fenced yard would be ideal. Guera will potty outside on a consistent schedule and will give you clues when she needs to go out once she learns your routine. (Is not potty pad trained in the house.) She also loves snuggling in her crate or dog bed. Guera is looking for a patient Chihuahua lover who will give her time, training, and lots of love. Guera's estimated birthdate is June 2018, and she currently weighs about 8 pounds. Guera's adoption fee is $175 and she is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
