Meet Fuzzy! Fuzzy is a 6-month-old Maltese/Chihuahua mix with a spirit that shines brighter than her little body can hold. Born blind, she navigates the world with an inspiring mix of courage, curiosity, and joy. This tiny girl doesn’t let anything slow her down—she simply figures life out in her own special way, and she does it with a wagging tail. Fuzzy is incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than snuggling close to her favorite humans. She turns simple moments into heartwarming memories and forms deep, loving bonds with the people who care for her. She’s also wonderful with other dogs and enjoys their company. Fuzzy does experience occasional seizures, but they are well managed with a simple lifelong medication that typically costs about $15–$20 per month—a small investment for the happiness she brings. With her treatment in place, she can continue living a joyful, fulfilling life surrounded by those who love her. Fuzzy is still learning the ropes of potty training but does really good with pee pads at this time. Fuzzy is looking for a gentle, patient friend who understands her unique needs and celebrates her resilience. In return, she’ll give you endless affection, trust, and a kind of companionship that feels truly special. If you’re ready to open your heart to a brave little soul who will adore you endlessly, Fuzzy is waiting to meet you. She currently weighs about 9 lbs., (est. birth date 05/16/2025), and her adoption fee is $340. Fuzzy has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. Please make sure your schedule can accommodate a puppy as they will be a member of your family for the next 10 to 15 years. If you want to know more about Fuzzy, please complete a survey at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog.
