Penna is about 8 pounds of sweetness. He can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. Penne loves snuggles and being with his human family. He gets along fine with other dogs his size. He is working on potty pad and house training. Penne needs a quiet home where he can continue to grow with time and patience. Penne is on heart and thyroid meds. Penne currently weighs about 7lbs., is approximately 5 years old (est. birth date 07/02/2020), and his adoption fee is $510. Penne has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
