A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Twirl is a stunning 2.5-year-old German Shepherd with lots of energy and an adventurous spirit. She’s a good girl who is well behaved and would love a home where she can stay active and truly thrive. Twirl prefers to be the only pet in the household, as she is not comfortable around other dogs or cats. With her strength and enthusiasm, she’ll do best with a confident, experienced owner and a secure fenced yard where she can run and burn off energy. She is a great runner and absolutely loves to move! Our kennel staff reports that Twirl is doing very well with her routines and no longer has accidents in her kennel. She can be a strong puller on leash, but with patience, consistency, and dedicated training, she has excellent potential to continue improving and becoming an amazing companion. She does have a special hitch in her back leg when running very fast, which does not stop her from enjoying activity and play. If you’re looking for an energetic, devoted dog who will reward your time and training with loyalty and love, Twirl could be the perfect match for your home. Twirl currently weighs about 52lbs., is approximately 2 years old (est. birth date 03/20/2023), and her adoption fee is $85. Twirl has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
