Tulsa is an adorable 2-year-old tabby boy with the cutest squeak of a meow. He unfortunately was abandoned along with 2 other cats at our Furkids dog shelter. He is now safe at our cat shelter and ready to meet his forever family. Tulsa loves attention and even rolls on his back to ask for more pets.
