Meet Blu! Blu is a 2-year-old Shar Pei/Husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Full of energy and love, Blu is always up for a run in the yard, followed by some serious cuddle time and head scratches with his favorite people. He’s crate trained, housetrained, very food motivated, and working on basic commands—though he’s still mastering “sit”, "lay down" and learning not to jump when excited. With a little consistency and training, Blu is sure to shine. Blu gets along well with kids and can do well with a calm, submissive dog companions, but he tends to play rough and shows a dominant personality—so a home without other dogs or with the right match would be best. Blu also needs a cat-free home. Recently, Blu had entropion surgery on his right eye and is recovering beautifully—now seeing the world more clearly and enjoying every moment. Blu has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
