I suffer from a stroke and had difficulty in many areas of relating to people. I love animals and was fortunate to find FurKids, who was generous to allow me to come in and work. They were very patient with me and slowly but surely I began answering the phone there, all the while loving on the babies, regardless of their age. I love the doggies so much!

I wanted to foster a dog, but unfortunately, I was unable to, due to the fact that my husband was ill and facing surgery. I asked God, "What can I do?" The next morning, He gave me my answer, one that I eagerly agreed with... I volunteered another day, plus I use Facebook to advocate each day with a profile of one of the dogs!!!
