A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Meet Nova! This sweet and spirited pup is bursting with love, energy, and personality. Nova absolutely lights up around people she trusts and is always ready for her next adventure. She’s housetrained and thrives in an active lifestyle—whether it’s going for walks, romping in the yard, or exploring new places. Nova is still working on her leash manners and can pull a bit, but she’s very food motivated and has shown promise when practicing commands like “heel.” With a little consistency and treats, she’ll make great progress in her training. She enjoys active play with dogs her size who match her enthusiastic energy, and a fenced-in yard is a must—Nova loves to run and needs space to safely burn off her zoomies. With her joyful spirit, eagerness to learn, and affectionate nature, Nova is ready to be a fun and loyal companion for an active home that can keep up with her zest for life. Nova weighs 63lbs. and is approximately 4 years old (est. birth date 01/01/2021). Nova has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. At this time, meeting our dogs is by appointment only. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet.
