Quentin and his 9 littermates came to Furkids after their mom gave birth. They all got adopted, but Quentin had to come back to Furkids because his adoption just wasn't the right fit. He is a smart and active puppy, and he needs a home with a fenced-in yard and a family to entertain him. His ideal home would have another dog to help him continue to build his confidence and to be his playmate. Quentin's mom was feral and he suffered a severe case of pneumonia at 9 weeks old. One area of his lung hasn't completely healed and it's unknown if it will heal back to normal in the future. Quentin doesn't take any medicine or require any additional medical care at this time. He can become winded after running and playing and will stop to rest when he needs to. This does not hold him back and he loves to run and wrestle and play with people and dogs like any other puppy. He currently goes on daily leash walks of a half mile or more and can hike 1.5 miles without issue. Quentin weighs 45 lbs., is approximately 9 months old (est. birthdate is 6/3/2022), and his adoption fee is $305. Please make sure your schedule can accommodate a puppy as they will be a member of your family for the next 10 to 15 years. At this time, meeting our dogs is by appointment only. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet.
