Sweet, gentle Sassy lost his owner in December, and has been in Furkids foster care ever since. When he first went into foster care, he was extremely timid and unsure about his new surroundings. However, after patience and bonding, Sassy is growing more relaxed around people and is gaining confidence! He never barks, enjoys walks, and would do best with a calm, quiet family in a low-key household. Sassy is good with other dogs, doesn't pull on a leash, and loves to be pet. Sassy recently went to an event at a local church where he was formally blessed, and he charmed everyone with his calm demeanor. He did wonderfully with other dogs there too. He will be such a wonderful companion to someone looking for a loving, loyal, quiet sidekick. Sassy weighs 78 lbs., is 8 yrs. old (est. birth date 12/22/2013) and his adoption fee is $175. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet the dog. Must be at least 21 years of age to adopt.
